1. What type of products do you offer?
We offer premium, handpicked clothing for men and women, designed for comfort, elegance, and style. New collections are added regularly.
2. How do I place an order?
You can browse our collection on www.ambarbyzoha.com, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps for shipping and payment to complete your purchase.
3. What payment methods do you accept?

• QR Code Payments

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days after dispatch. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to check the live status of your package.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! We offer exchanges for size issues or defective items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in original condition. Read full exchange policy →
7. Do you offer refunds?
Currently, we do not offer refunds. Only size or damage-based exchanges are allowed. Please check your order details before confirming.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For urgent help, contact us immediately.
9. Are there any shipping charges?
• Shipping is free on all products
• For COD orders, a flat ₹50 fee applies.
